Turiya Project Inc., also known through its Media Arts Coalition identity, is rooted in a simple belief: meaningful art deserves a path from idea to audience.
Our mission is to foster and advocate for fine and media artists by creating opportunities for presentation, professional connection, public engagement, and the development of new creative work.
Across our history, the organization has brought together filmmakers, writers, musicians, visual artists, performers, industry professionals, and community audiences through festivals, exhibitions, live programs, competitions, and artist-centered services.

Empire Film Festival
1995–2005A touring New York State festival that connected independent domestic and international filmmakers with audiences through narrative, animation, and documentary programs.
